Everyone is always willing to help, even if the dealership will not make any money. Example: My truck did not come with tow hooks. I can work on just about anything. So, tow hooks wouldn’t be that bad (or shouldn’t). I needed to order the lower grill that is made for tow hooks. So, I asked the service guy for the part number. He gave it to me and explained how to install it and the tow hooks. That saved me hours of research. Plus, I can order the grill and tow hooks elsewhere and save money. A++ rating from me!

We’ve owned 3 Grand Cherokees and several other Dodge vehicles. Don Franklin Auto sold me our 2022 Jeep and purchased my 2018 Challenger for a fair price. My first experience with the service department was perfect— oil and filter change, tire rotation and general “checkup” all completed within an hour. The service people are very friendly and professional. Waiting area is comfortable and clean.
