I like the fact that I am taken seriously when I go in to shop for, or buy a car. I am a woman and I always feel comfortable shopping on my own without my husband. I also like how the salespeople work to get me the best deals possible. Caleb Smith at the Columbia store is amazing to work with. He understands what I am looking for, and is willing to work with me until I find the perfect car.

This was my first visit to Don Franklin Chrysler as we have recently relocated from Fl. The service department took care of my needed service and warranty recall in a timely manner and the staff was great. We have another appt for my wife's Pacifica at the end of the month. If everything goes as well as the 1st service, we will definitely be back.

Steve has been sending me pictures of the van I purchase for a few weeks. He was never pushy and he even sent me another van that was used on your lot. So, he let me process which van to buy and when I was ready to go look at the van in person Steve was there and ready to stay late to help us out. I left the lot so I could bring my husband there to make sure he fits good in the van (because he is 6”5 and he helps drive when we take family trips). Again, Steve said ok see ya in an hour, he was never pushy and that’s important to me when spending a large sum of money. We came back and ended buying the van and my husband found a truck he liked so we bought that too. So, we appreciate Steve and his patience. We will enjoy our new rides, Thanks to Steve. You all made the purchases so simple and the finance guy wheeled and dealed for us and got us a cheaper interest rate……. So that confirmed it was just meant to be😃
