Customer service is phenomenal
The people. I have had several Nissan's. I keep returning to Nissan. The Pathfinder is great, but the people are the reason I will return. Thank you Logan and Cody for just being you. This group of service people could change how people think about car sales. I don't usually give reviews or answer surveys. I ordered a product for the Pathfinder and the service will have me driving back to Somerset for my regular maintenance on the vehicle. How many places can make you look forward to working with them every 4000 miles?

My whole experience with the Don Franklin Ram dealership was great. Jeremiah was a great salesman. He listened to what I was looking for and didn’t waste my time or his trying to show me something that I wasn’t looking for. He found us the exact truck we were looking for in just a bit. The complete experience was top notch. Would recommend Don Franklin Ram and while you are there see Jeremiah and he will hook you up with the truck of your dreams!

Extremely friendly staff and great product
Good service but tp be charged $100 to only plug in a seat warmer on passenger side that got accidently unplugged when vacuuming truck was ridiculous. That's where common courtesy should have been applied.
