Pretty smooth process. You pull the car up in the lane and someone comes to the car to make sure you know where to go and what the process will look like.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation but I mentioned that I heard a rattling noise under the car and asked if they could take a look. They were able to fix it with a couple of clips and I was not charged anything extra. Other places I have been would have made it out to be an expensive fix. Thanks for being honest. This does not happen much in this world anymore.
