I've found them to be reliable and trustworthy. Only had one incident where oil was overfill at just one establishment. Fortunately no harm was done. Their facilities all are up to date and nice. Enjoy getting my service work with them.

I appreciate the thoroughness in the maintenance of my car, and cleanness of the Don Franklin Somerset, KY facility, friendliness of the staff and how accommodating they are. Not once have I ever been treated badly because I'm a single woman. Far too many auto businesses have taken advantage of women without a man, sales in maintenance that were unnecessary but taking advantage of a lack of knowledge about mechanics. Don Franklin has NEVER done that to me and I greatly appreciate it. They patiently explain what I need to know, and answer my questions.
It's the reason I drive an hour to have my car maintenance taken care of.
