People are so friendly and knowledgeable. Service is quick and the problem is always solved. And I love it when they are so careful about covering the seats and floor. Sometimes they run through the car through the car wash.

This past visit I got online to book my appointment for a routine oil change and the earliest I could get in was on a Wednesday, but my oil was in need of a changing sooner than later; I decided to give don Franklin Kia a call and they got me in on Monday! When I arrived Monday I was 30 minutes early their associate Tyler was at the front desk and knew exactly who I was, he pulled my paperwork and said he would have be out at the latest 4:30 which was 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I appreciate how he knew who I was when I arrived, he immediately assisted me, kept me informed, and got my car washed and out before 4:30.
