Warranty, easy process to be buy , friendly salesperson or persons. Service ease and friendliness. Wish that the Kia Loyalty was geared to repeat buyers and not just 18 mo of business. More towards the repeat buyer that may have traded the vehicle before the 18 months but traded and stayed with KIA. That’s my only complaint.

Brian Abner our salesman saw to ours in a very speedy manner. He had a car in mind for my wife we drove it and she liked how it drove. The only thing was she likes red but you didn't have one. He has always satisfied our needs that why we keep coming back to him, we have purchased several vehicles from him.
