Friendly and fast

Fast oil changes I can do on my lunch. Love to get my car washed as well. I can wait in the nice waiting area and watch tv, check my phone, or socialize with others.

I went to the kia lot in somerset and they not only answered my questions but they informed me of some additional things i could do as well as the car wash free benefit. It was not very busy and my tires did not need to be rotated so this could be why but they got my car done under the estimated amount of time which i appreciated.
The price for the service preformed seems comparable and worth the price given how they check so much. I plan on going back to get my cars oil changed again in nov. It is a 9 and not a 10 simply because of the fact I don't think i have enough of a experience to give it a 10 and because im a tough judge.

Things of note to me, good choice having food network on the Tv, entertaining but made me hungry. Also all jokes aside while not a benefit to me rn I acknowledged and appreciated that there appeared to be a little room with some kids toys. I'm sure anyone looking after a kid especially a little one really appreciates that.

My salesman, George Brock, was patient with me. Not pushy. Answered all of my questions and found the model that I wanted. Financing was breeze. Everyone answered my questions about warranties and financing terms etc.

Great customer service, quick to get in get out! Love my vehicle. :) it took 6 months to find exactly what I wanted but they hung in there with me an helped me to find what was right for me.

Abner is very nice and I have bought 3 of my vehicles from him. I wouldn’t choose a other sales person.

Your facility in Somrset was prestine. Everyone was happy and looked like they loved their jobs. My salesman Devon Batista was AMAZING! He deserves all the McDonalds Frappes! He listened to waht I had to say and it was a joy to have him as a salesman.
