Super friendly staff. Came in for oil change and I also got a complementary car wash. I noticed my vehicle seemed to be using some oil. Told the service department about it. They said it was an over a quart low. Setup to have an oil consumption test done. The staff here has always been honest and that’s why I trust them with service on my vehicle. The young lady at the service fest, I think Ashley, was very nice and helpful. The sales team is friendly too. When I get in the market to buy another vehicle. I had called the dealership I purchased from. I got an automated pick up. It forwarded my call and no one answered. I called for 3days periodically with no progress just to get an oil change. I called Don Franklin and a live person answered on 2nd ring. She handled all my questions effortlessly and before we hung up, I had a text confirming my appointment. A reminder text the morning of. Very friendly people and great service.
