I recently came to Don Franklin Russell Springs, looking for a vehicle. I had an idea of what I wanted but still wasn’t sure. I didn’t intend to buy a car that day. I was introduced to Jordan Godsey, then he introduced me to Blake Miller. Blake sat down with my husband and I and just began to ask questions. We explained we were just looking. He went though their car lots online to see what they had to best suit my current needs. He was very kind and very patient with ID because I was indecisive and just didn’t know. My husband was skeptical about dealing with a dealership, however, Blake worked hard to meet our needs whether he sold us a car or not, he worked hard to stay in our budget as much as possible! They show the carfax on every vehicle you look at, which is a big deal when buying a used car! We settled on a couple vehicles, but they were sold, so he went back to work. Ultimately he found the perfect car for us, very low miles, practically brand new. He got the car to the lot and once we drove it we knew this was the one! I say all that to say this, not one time did we feel pressured to buy anything and felt confident if we walked away and didn’t buy anything that we would’ve still been treated the same! From walking in the door to walking away with the perfect vehicle for us, with a payment we could afford, with warranties you couldn’t get anywhere else but Don Franklin, which is amazing, to doing the final paperwork with Jordan Godsey, was an experience we will never forget! I will encourage my friends and family to see Blake Miller when they are shopping for a vehicle! I’m so pleased with Don Franklin Russell Springs, next time we need a vehicle or services that’s where we will go, there process was again, easy with no pressure at all, that means a lot!!!
Great service department. 15 Year/500,000 mile powertrain warranty is great. Recently had our transmission replaced under the warranty.
