We love the service department and the entire team at Russell Springs Don Franklin Chevrolet.
They are courteous and help us each time we bring our vehicles in for the normal oil/change and/or any maintenance. I work about 5 minutes away from their location, which is very convenient for me when I need to have the oil change service done. Best of all, if I am not able to drop off my vehicle or come back and to get it, they find a way to accommodate me by having a service rep or any other service person bring me back to work and when my vehicle is done, they come and get me and I drop the attendant back off at Don Franklin dealer.
We love the customer service we received upon our purchases with our sales person Blake Miller and Bobby Johnson for getting all our financial papers done so quickly. We cannot rave enough about the courteous service department that consists of Scottie and Luke, who are always so nice and accommodating for all our needs.
Having a car dealership that always keeps the customer in mind first and foremost is one of the reasons we will always come back for any of our future vehicles and definitely recommend them to all our friends and family!!
