Greatly appreciate the guys at the service desk in Russell Springs; very informative AND helpful. I accidentally missed my actual appointment date and came in a day later - believing I was on time. But, after they let me know that I had missed my actual scheduled date - they got together and got me in, RIGHT THEN. I am always impressed and grateful for their assistance.
