I had excellent service from the first phone call to schedule my oil change. The young gentleman, Luke Richards, was very professional and courteous. Worked with me on a time that fit my schedule. When I dropped my car off, I chose to wait until it was finished. My car was taken in, service was done in a very timely fashion!!! So happy I chose Don Franklin Russell Springs to buy my car and do my maintenance there!!!
