Could Not have asked for better service with Brandon Roy. Contacted him told him what I was interested in purchasing.
He contacted me when the vehicle came in, I asked him to bring the vehicle to my place of business. We set I time and he promptly arrived.
Went over everything on Friday. Contacted him Saturday morning told him to get paperwork ready and we set a time to meet, sign paperwork and give him a check.

I have dealt with several employees at the Don Franklin dealership in Russell Springs. Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. I especially appreciate the associates in the service department. Scottie and Alvie have both taken great care of me. During my most recent visit, they even discovered the car remote battery was low and switched it out for me. They are awesome!
