Everyone is always friendly and helpful. If anything is found, it's explained to us immediately. Only negative was with my last visit but it was a time issue.
It's a horrible process to get to talk to anyone with logic or common sense to get scheduled. But once you get connected with the right people (Larry, Ben, Robbie and Ryan, and one of the general managers whose name I didn't catch) then they do good work.
