Ok people are really nice but I am still waiting for follow up call to schedule repair for my truck that I can't drive right now when I purchased the truck I was told with the extended warranty I purchased with Don Franklin would take care of everything and since I live in Richmond would have a loaner vehicle if needed but I am still waiting. TRIED CALLING BACK LAST FRIDAY BUT NO ONE COULD HELP ME!

Every vehicle we have purchased has been awesome. We have bought several vehicles from them and they have been amazing. I’m talking from finding the right vehicle to negotiating the price through the financing to signing the paperwork. The entire staff are wonderful people to work with you in order to make you the best deal possible. Sid and I love these people.
