The whole experience of choosing the vehicle. The process of going through the financial approval from that to just the way that I was treated by the entire staff was absolutely amazing. I had to bring my car back this last week and gets. Ome fans put on that were evidently not functioning right when I bought the vehicle. And I couldn't have been treated better from the service.People, the boys at the desk as well as those that did the work.I am just completely at all at the teamwork.And the way everybody gets along in the way that customers are treated.I was so impressed. I hadn't bought a vehicle in twenty years and I was a little Bit nervous, but everybody put me at ease.And the process was just reallyamazing, Don franklin has god a wonderful Team there at that facility. They are honest. You are either honest or you’re not, there’s no in between, and these guys are. They really do try to help. For this service I needed an oil change/tire rotation as well as a transmission flush. I explained to Chris that I could not leave the truck so I had to wait on it and I had limited times I could bring it. He said it was no problem and personally fast tracked my truck through service to make sure I could get to pick up my son at school on time. I know if anything is ever wrong they’ll fix it and make it right because they have. These guys in service deserve a lot of credit.
