I would say I worked with Alex when getting my Bronco Sport. However, that would be a disservice to the London team. I bought a vehicle before it had its trade-in inspection and service. That’s how new to the lot it was, not even listed yet.
They still did the inspection and service, including around $2000 billed worth of service including a replaced front axel, without me paying a dime more.
While they waited to get it fixed over a holiday weekend, they gave me a loaner Jeep Cherokee Altitude.
They have been endlessly supportive of my first major car purchase as a team all around, and that is how you make permanent customers.
