Service was very good fast and friendly as far as product of my 2019 f-250 not so pleased have less than 30,000 miles never been off road or in winter weather chrome chipping on wheels and trim on cab came loose at rear window you think that wouldn’t happen such low mileage and ford motor company customer service could care less about it being retired and disabled though it be truck last me rest my life at this moment very disappointed in it

I really like the family friendly environment that’s built around the company however one thing I would recommend is on services if a price such as the works price has increased I would inform customers ahead of time it wasn’t a big deal but it could be for someone whose used to only paying around 80 bucks for it and then they come in and it’s increased to 100+ just a suggestion apart from that amazing service as always
