New ( to me) an 2018 c max with 44000+ miles. In for the works: they checked everything, all good tires half gone but will need complete brakes before long and how much it will cost as will have to order parts.
Will not be surprised if start having brake trouble.
I am always impressed with the extremely high level of customer service. The team at Don Franklin Ford (London) is an excellent group of professionals. No one likes to spend money on service but the quality of people who work there make it as enjoyable as they can.
I went in for my first oil change and was greeted politely and shown to a white area where I did not wait long for them to complete the task, very friendly staff I would highly recommend.
