Bought a brand new F350. Issue with leaking transmission oil straight away. Ford fixed it as expected ASAP. Service team were friendly, prompt and thorough. Zero complaints.

When my Ford 150 lariat broke down while traveling your service department did an excellent job repairing my vehicle under warranty. I had to overnight, but Jared did all the work of getting me a rental under warranty to return to Tennessee the following day until the part arrived, and notified me to come back and pick up my truck when it was finished. I had my dog one traveling, and everybody was pet friendly, including bringing me water while I waited for my truck problem to be diagnosed all in all. It made a bad situation a lot better I really appreciated everybody at your dealership.
