I love how personable the staff makes you feel when you are there. The interactions are not forced they are genuine. They are so helpful, I went in for an oil change and mentioned a flapping noise I kept hearing. They figured out the problem and fixed it for me!!

Here's what I find puzzling: when I bought the vehi le from DF, I was given three 5k services free, but the service dept. has tried twice to charge me.
