The buying process was fairly smooth. The vehicle wasn’t in London but there were no issues getting it from Columbia to London. Everyone we dealt with was super nice and friendly. We did have several questions, but the entire team was patient and accommodating. We are pleased with our purchase.
While we were signing the paperwork, we were told we would get a run through of the features as well as setting up My Ford Pass. As soon as we were finished signing l, we were told thank you and let us know if any you need anything further. We had to ask for the temporary tag and for help with My Ford Pass. We were not given a walk through of the vehicle features. I have been able to figure out most things on my own, but a walk through would have been nice. In all fairness, we were communicating with a salesman in Lexington, but the London salesman was involved in the process and her name was listed on all the paperwork.

Variety
Service representatives need to be trained on ford's products and able to answer questions better. Having some knowledge is better than saying " I don't know anything, I'm not a technician. " This doesn't go well with customers, who want some type of answer.
