Ford has always been my #1 choice because I have found them dependable, durable, that stand the test of time and resale value. The salesman at your London lot is one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with on a new purchase. I called in and ask questions and made a deal on the phone and he delivered my new vehicle to my home over an hour away! Your internet page has the selection of vehicles; you can take your time and look them over and find the options you desire. I’m retired and have purchased many new vehicles in my life and this was the easiest, fastest and friendliest deal I have ever done! Kevin the salesperson was very straight forward and helped me find the perfect car for me, he setup everything to where when I got to the dealership everything was ready to go all I had to do was sign the papers, overall Don Franklin is the best place to buy from I’ve worked there once before and the owner and workers are all like family and are determined to help everyone out the best they can.
