I came in to a service department overwhelmed by people needing their services prior to the holidays. The workers were all swamped, but they were friendly and polite. I was in a rush for work, and they accommodated me to make sure I would make it to my destination on time. The report I received on my vehicle was detailed, and the woman who managed the payment of my invoice with me was professional and kind despite being very busy as well.

I especially appreciated Larry at the Service Desk at the London location. He always knows me by name and what model Fords I own. He is always courteous and efficient, with that I could not ask for any better.

Love my new Seltos. Don Franklin is very honest when it comes to servicing my car. I thought I needed breaks because of the squeaking noise I was hearing however the maintenance tech explained that's just the rotors and is normal.

We had a great salesman he was kind and help us understand every detail of the process we love our new vehicle and we love our Ford F 150 we bought five years ago we believe Ford vehicles are the best.
