Arranging for a service appointment for my 2020 Nissan was super easy - of the many options, I chose to call my Service Manager (J.D.) who responded quickly and efficiently! Great customer service! I got the appointment day and time that I wanted, and was greeted by name by a service employee upon my arrival (no line, no waiting). J.D. got everything underway quickly and checked in with me at least twice while I waited in a comfortable waiting area. My car was ready on time, clean and J.D. took the time to make sure I understood the results of the complete service check status of all areas of my vehicle (very reassuring). Left the dealership with complete confidence (and also very pleased at the low cost).
