The service representative was very nice and helpful.
He was on top of the service and very efficient.

I would have been back if the service Manager that took over when Don Franklin bought the dealership was as polite.
He told me you would not own up to any agreement that was made when I brought the car NEW.
Therefore I never came back!!!

Jennifer Belcher helped me through the car buying process and she was excellent!
I had lots of questions, buying the car from out of state and not being able to see it until the final purchase, and she was so patient.

Your sales associate John Berry made the process very easy. And the fact that you offer a pick up of your customers if they need it and bringing papers for them to sign at home is a wonderful service . John searched very hard to find me what I needed.

What do you like about our products and services?

We purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse from Tyrell!!!! We honestly was not planning on purchasing a vehicle that day but thanks to great staff and customer service we are in love with our new purchase. Michael in financing was super!!!! Our first purchase from Don Franklin but definitely not out last!!!!

Jennifer at Service Department always shows me clear options. What I should do it, and what I should wait. Most people at other shops try to let customers pay as much as possible, but your shop has nice people. As long as Jennifer works there, I will use your shop for my vehicles or buy another Nissan car.

I went to get my new car serviced for the first time and my experience was beyond amazing. The workers went above and beyond to make sure I left with a perfect safe vehicle with everything fixed and in order. Not once did they try to sell me something that I did not need or try to take advantage of me being a young lady coming in by myself. They treated me with respect and after a long day at work it was surprisingly refreshing! I appreciate the service I received so much!
