Ron Abrahamson helped us navigate a warranty repair that saved us thousands of dollars. There were steps along the way to satisfy the warranty company and Ron’s turnaround was quick and thorough on each one. And after the work was approved, it was only a couple of days between Ron’s calling to say he’d ordered parts and the completion of a pretty major repair. This experience has changed our minds about dealership service depts and we plan on having all our preventive maintenance performed at Don Franklin going forward.

I had an unexpected issue arise with my vehicle on Thursday afternoon. So I contacted Nissan and they had no openings until Monday but my car was technically not operable so Ron said he would try to work me in at 1:30 the next day. I arrived at little early and not only did he promptly greet me but gave me a loaner so I would not have to wait around. After the problem was determined. He had it fixed and returned to me by 5:00 with no compensation from me and for that I was very grateful! Thanks again Ron because I know my emergency did not have to be your emergency

Amazing service. This was my first new car and I had limited time to come in and make a decision, and hadn't done a lot of research. The associate greeted me outside and went above and beyond to understand what I was looking for, asking me questions about my priorities. From start to finish MJ was a fantastic salesperson - incredibly knowledgeable without being condescending or pushy. I can't say enough great things - my parents bought their car here and recommended the dealership and I can see why!
