Bob Glass was great to work with, he assisted me with finding a new 2023 Nissan Rogue. He was very helpful to locate a vehicle to meet my needs and budget.
Walt was great with assisting me with linking my phone and assisting me with any questions I had before leaving the lot. He also told me that if I had any questions to text or call or stop back in anytime. Everyone was great to work with and friendly. This is my second Rogue from this location and will continue to come back for any future needs.

Fast reliable service!
I had a good buying experience when we bought our 2014 Nissan Rogue from Glenn Nissan a for it became Don Franklin. I continue to take the Rogue there for service because I really like Ron in Nissan service but I will not buy another car from Don Franklin because of the disrespect I experienced from the dealership when I was looking at a used car in 2018. I had made an offer on a vehicle that was rejected which was perfectly fine. The next day I received a call asking me to come back and talk to a manager. I agreed and an appointment time was scheduled. I was reminded that I needed to be sure to keep an appointment that I made (I keep my appointments but I know a lot of people today don’t consider other peoples’ time to be valuable, so I understood this but thought it bordered on rudeness). I showed up on time and was asked to wait. I was made to wait for the same salesperson I had talked to before (definitely not a manager) and then talked to someone else (also not a manager) when my salesperson remained with another customer for an extended period of time. I explained the offer I had made and why and no negotiations were attempted so it was a total waste of my time. Don Franklin contacted me with the pretense of talking to a manager about my offer on a used car and made a point of my being sure to respect their time, but they totally wasted my time and apparently had no intention of my meeting with a manager. I left there and will not go back to buy a car. I made a deal on the same make and model of vehicle with a Wyler dealership.
