I had a great experience with Don Franklin when purchasing a new Nissan Versa. While there were no vehicles in stock, I was able to stay in contact with MJ Carpenter while he tracked incoming cars from Nissan. We were able to get the trim-level and color we wanted, and we had a good review of the car when taking delivery.
