I live 100 miles away , and have several Nissan dealerships closer, but I continue to return to Don Franklin. The reason is simple. Its the people who work there! I just recently purchased a new Rogue. My experience with M J Carpenter sales associate has been nothing but Excellent. His professionalism has been nothing but over the Top! It was time for the first oil change and upon calling the service department they were very accommodating. Upon arrival I was checked in and car taken back. Chris also was great to work with. I was in and out in a very timely manner.

I have been buying suv's and trucks since it was Glenn Nissan, Eric McDonald was my salesperson for a long time, now that hes a mgr at D/F GMC I still go to him about buying, Franco has been my salesman for a while they are great people and Jon T mgr at Nissan him and his group are great, never any pressure to buy take your time, but they are always willing to help in any way they can. Service dept u can't beat them, they will go out of there way to help u any way they can, everyone treats you like family and thats the reason I keep going back.

I have been a customer when it was Glenn Nissan, thats were I meet Eric McDonald, he has been my salesperson ever since, but when he became mgr at Don Franklin GMC I still go to him when I trade, now I have a great salesperson Franco, I have always got a GREAT deal on Nissans, also the mgr at Nissan Jon T is also a great person and his staff, I will continue to deal with Don Franklin, they treat you like family, also great service dept.

This was my third purchase from Don Franklin. I really enjoy the process from start to finish. I worked there in the mid-eighties when it was Glenn Nissan and I loved our organization but I must say that Don Franklin has the process beat from start to finish. I have dealt with a number of their staff and they just really have it all going on and in the right direction. I recommend them highly. If you're looking for a new Nissan, I am sure you'll have a pleasant experience. MJ Carpenter in sales and Walt in delivery were especially helpful.
