My first Nissan was a 240SX, then a 2004 Maxima, a 2008 Maxima. This explains my trust in Nissan Cars. I now have a 2023 Rogue. My salesman, MJ Carpenter, made the experience of getting a new vehicle after 15 years the best that I have had. Then having Walt “Cupcake” explain all the functions of the vehicle to my understanding was the topping on my experience.

This is my second time returning to Don Franklin in the last few years and this experience was just as great as the first. All the employees I had interactions with were very respectful, never pushy. The process went fairly quick, as trading/buying a new car can be very time consuming. I felt like all my questions and concerns were answered very adequately. Everyone took the time to explain all options and help me in any way they could. I would recommend Don Franklin to anyone I know and I will continue to return in the future for all my Nissan needs. Huge thank you to MJ and everyone else involved in this process. You guys are GREAT!!

Nissan PRO 4X is the best midsized truck I have ever owned and I have had a lot of them including 7 Tacomas which cannot compare to the Frontier.

I trust the service I receive from Don Franklin. Tanner kept me informed of the issue and although I was a bit shocked at the cost of the repair, it nevertheless had to be done in order to keep me car in good repair.

Love your Murano. Really disappointed they are being discontinued. Recently had my 2020 Murano serviced there. People were nice and work was done before estimated time.

I love my 2016 Nissan Murano for multiple reasons:
Style/Design, Dependability, Versatility, Comfort, Safety features, and highway gas mileage (if I drive the speed limit), and it’s AWD
