I love the Nissan Rogue and to upgrade. The dealership was gracious enough to find me the color I wanted fro a nearby city. Jennifer Belcher was provided outstanding service. She is definitely a SME (subject matter expert) not only with the product but also she knows the process and got it right the first time!
Friendly, professional, understanding and fast! Our vehicle broke down nearby on the way back home from a vacation. I was able to get an appt for first thing the next morning. They were able to properly diagnose and present a quote within a couple hours.
The repair was approximately a 6 hour job and this was communicated effectively- and we understood it likely wouldn't be finished the same day. I received a text the next morning right at their opening time of 8am stating my vehicle was ready!
Apparently, the mechanic jumped on it immediately and kept on it.. managed to finish the repair just as they were closing.
So grateful for this place! We were able to get back on the road and finish our 7 hour drive back home before dusk!!

Great customer service.

On my way from Tampa, FL to Lexington, KY, I had serious tire damage due to not being able to avoid debris on road. Nissan Connect connected me to Chris Rivard at Don Franklin Nissan. I was able to get to Lexington on donut tire from 120 miles south (Jelico, TN). Chris was able to get my tire replacement scheduled under my road hazard coverage. There was also breakline damage from the debris. Chris was able to order parts for breakline and got the repairs to breakline and tire replacement in record time. He made sure I was shuttled to and from the hotel where I was attending convention. Then I was back on the road south to Tampa, FL on the day I originally planned to return home.
I am greatful to Chris and all he did in such an efficient and effective manner. On a scale of 1 to 10, Chris is a 20 in my book. Thank you Chris and Don Franklin Nissan.
