The result of the service at Don Franklin Nissan is outstanding. I was very pleased with the service; I like Ron, he is professional, meticulous and honest. Don Franklin Nissan service is great compared to North Bay Nissan in Petaluma. Ron fixed fob key battery issue in no time whereas in North Bay Nissan guys coldnt fix it at all (I was there 3 times) suggesting that I have to get a new factory fob key. The problem was that guys at North Bay were replacing old battery with another old battery.

Very friendly staff, Mr. Ron has shown great interest and finished the service on time and called back, even they did great work in my car.

You always do service with a smile. The cost was a little more than I expected but not a lot more and it's good to have good brakes and rotors for another few years.

Employees care about serving customers. Very friendly. I do wonder about my Nissan rewards, however. No one ever mentioned them. ???
