We just purchased our first 2023 Nissan Rogue. We had a great Salesperson MJ Carpenter. He was very comfortable to talk to. NO Sales Pressure at all. We don't like pressure sales but MJ was Excellent. We appreciate Walter explaining some of the features of our car. Overall great experience at Don Franklin Nissan. MJ has followed up with a phone call wanting to know if we had any questions about the car. This meant a lot to both of us. Usually most places after you buy the product you don't hear from anyone. We appreciated everything.

Both of our current vehicles have now been purchased at Don Franklin on Richmond Road, and we’ve been pleased with the quality and value of the vehicles. One of them has been receiving regular service at this location as well and everything seems to be going well so far.
