We have owned a Nissan before, and Karen really wanted a Murano. Buying from Don Franklin got us into a very detailed and thorough service program, and we are quite pleased as customers.

What do you like about our products and services?

When I make my appointment for service you guys are promo and polite. Have a nice waiting area while waiting for service, and employees are all knowledgeable. Also like the mats placed in car and cover on stearing wheel plus the finishing clean.

My 2013 Sentra has never needed anything but oil changes, tires and breaks. The service department is always on point. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.
