I have a Hyundai Sonata I went to a brake service to Don Franklin Hyundai because they replace my all brakes front and back last year and I pay 273.00 dollars for that service . Last week my front brake right side start to get noise and I take my car to the dealer (Hyundai) . They tell me they don’t have time to check I have to wait 1 week for the next available appointment and I tell them it’s my brake I can’t wait 1 week . They said they can’t check . After that I take my car to Don Franklin Nissan total diferent a lady ask me very nice what I need and i explain about my brakes. She take my car for the service and take care the problem. I pay 432.00 dollars i hope I don’t have to come back again for the same problem . I am very happy for the service at Din Franklin Nissan. Thank you .

I have bought 8 Nissans from Glenn/Don Franklin and never once have I had trouble with them, I bought my sister a 2012 Versa and it is still going, great service, great people and especially Eric McDonald he is the only one I deal with, he is so helpful and he will go out of his way to help, and also Marc Franco he is also a great person to deal with.

It was easy to get scheduled for my appointment. I liked that I was able to drop my vehicle off prior to my appointment. I also really liked that the advisor personally called me to let me know that it was ready.

What do you like about our products and services?

My only product purchased from this dealership is a 2014 Nissan Altima. It's been a great car. The service I've received from Glenn Nissan and now Don Franklin is excellent. Work is performed correctly and in a timely fashion. Personnel are very efficient and professional.

What do you like about our products and services?

We have been extremely pleased with the service on our Nissan Versa Hatchback! Everytime we've brought it in, we were able to enter immediately. All the personnel are extremely courteous and friendly. We've been helped by at least three agents at the desk. Everyone of them have explained everything thoroughly. When there has been some additional work that needs to be done, they always ask if we want to proceed. Thank you for professionalism.
