Efficient and friendly service.
i was a walk-in and helped promptly. i felt i was given good information and provided a solution to my problem for a reasonable price. that solution was also initiated promptly, and i did not have to spend a lot of time waiting just for the work to start. don franklin's nissan service department is really good.

Great dealership, great people selling vehicles
The employees in the Nissan service department were great. I called the day before to confirm or try to reschedule a later time for the same day. A man who said his name was Ralph answered at the Hyundai service building. Ralph was exceptionally rude, told me to stop talking when I was attempting to explain a request for a later time for the same day, told me I was wrong and did not have an appointment for the next day, then raised his voice when I asked to speak with someone else saying to hold on so he could check the other service buildings. Ralph then told me I called the wrong place. I explained I called the main number and there was one option to choose for the service department. Ralph told me I was wrong, which I was not, and continued to be rude and nasty refusing to transfer me to someone who knew how to help me. Ralph eventually found my appointment and was only somewhat appropriate when I asked his name at the end of the call so I could let someone know how he spoke to me. Ralph has no business answering the line at any department at any point in time.

Great service! Ron Abrahamson is the BEST! I was fortunate to meet him a few years ago and he told me if I ever needed anything with my Rogue to give him a call. Well...when I had problems..that's exactly what I did. I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received recently with Ron and the Nissan team. After leaving 3 messages, which went unanswered, to service with huffman nissan in frankfort....i remembered meeting Ron and his message to call. Words cannot express my appreciation for such a smooth process. My transmission was diagnosed on Friday and I was provided a beautiful 2020 Altima to drive while my transmission was replaced. To my delight and surprise Ron called me the following Tuesday to inform me my car was ready to be picked up. Absolutely outstanding customer service and service. Thank you all so very much! You have two ( my self and my husband) loyal and dedicated customers as long as we are driving. Ron deserves a raise as well as the mechanic who did such a speedy and great job! Emily at the office was fantastic as well. Keep up the great work you all! It's refreshing to see there are dealerships who do care and who go the extra mile. It matters.
