Friendly people
Jennifer Belcher was great. She respected where our budget was and never once tried to pressure or show us vehicles outside of our price range. This very thing was important to me after being frustrated shopping all day for a car. Not all sales people have this tactic and I’m someone who knows what I can afford and will not be talked into something else.
Jennifer was so helpful. I damaged a tire and decided to get all new ones. She was great getting the tires ordered and scheduling me in for service.

The service is beyond anything I expected. I lease a vehicle and was scheduled for my first service. Trying to be efficient, I had other stops before and a doctors appointment right after. Well, coming out of Costco with plenty of time to get to my service appointment found that I had locked my keys in the vehicle. Being fairly new to the area I called the dealership for advice. They were so kind! A key was made and someone was sent to open my car. I was late for my service appointment but they were able to get the work done so I wasn't late for my next appointment. As I said in the beginning, everyone went beyond my expectations. In a time when so many negatives are heard, it was refreshing to see the kindness offered and I have shared this with so many. Thank you.
No problems and fast service
I never liked taking my car to get serviced until I got a Nissan. They make the process as simple as can be. As a single mom with precious cargo, I feel at ease knowing my vehicle is being taken care of the right way.

The appointment was easy to make online. The service technician was ready for me when I got there. He explained everything and was able to answer all of my questions. They even washed my car!

We have owned Nissan Altimas for the last 20 years and recently traded in our 2011 Altima with Don Franklin here in Lexington. We thought seriously about purchasing a Camry however we have been so very pleased with Nissan service department, Don Franklin, I didn’t want to leave. We have not had such good personal service with Toyota dealerships. (We have a Toyota Tacoma also.)
