I like the fact that I was given an opportunity to buy a car that I wanted. I also really appreciated the time and explanations that Mr Bob gave me concerning my credit. I am a disabled veteran who has been incarcerated for the past 17 years. I get about 1,900 dollars a month from the government for the rest of my life, and I have no bills. With that said I would only hope that a company like yours would give serious thought to a person like me. I have job offers that are only on hold, because I have surgery planned at the VA. I hope to be working at the VA in mid April and shortly after that I hope to be back to talk with Mr Bob about a vehicle. Thanks again for your time.

I like that when I bought my vehicle at Don Franklin, you all offered an engine and transmission warranty if I kept up the vehicle regularly maintenance at your service shop. The oil and change out price made it easy to yes.
The staff at Don Franklin was so polite and helpful. My favorite part of my initial visit was Walt showing me how to navigate everything in my car. I left with no question on how to do anything and I think that is a very big blessing! They have continued to follow up with me and help me in any way possible. They are an excellent crew!
