It was pretty quick and hassle free.

This is the fifth or sixth Nissan that I have purchased since 2003. I like the produce and will continue to buy them.

Ron (service manager I think is his title) is very accomodating and explains everything fully. He has always been very helpful when there was a question about IF my daughter’s car needed work by her just dropping in to the dealer and letting him make a quick evaluation, as to whether a repair was indicated or reassuring us everything would be okay. I have 7 cars that I am responsible for, and I can state with certainty that none of the other dealers of the other cars would allow this without an appointment!!
The staff as a whole in service are very friendly and professional, but, in my opinion, Ron is the star of the show!

You run in time and the people are very friendly.

I have been so impressed with the service department. Everything seems to run on time or the service personnel will come and explain about any delay or problems. Cost for service seems in line with most other service centers, And the fact that they wash my car, and dry the exterior when thy are finished, is more than I ever received for other dealers. .I don't get treated as an uninformed female, but they do answer any questions I may have,

Well I arrived for a scheduled oil change. Turns out my appointment was for a week later. The service people got my car in for the oil change inspite of my error. I appreciate the friendly service!
