Friendly staff not trying to push services I don't need
When we took our Murano in for service and mentioned there was an intermittent stutter in the transmission, they found we would need a new transmission. A loaner was available so they let us use it until the repairs were complete which took a few days because of parts availability. They were very professional and were concerned that we not be inconvenienced.
