The salesperson that I have dealt with when purchasing my last 4 vehicles is outstanding. She is not persistent, very knowledgeable, and very easy to talk with and answers questions that can understand. I purchased 2 Buicks, a Palisade, and now Murano. The Murano is closest in comfort as compared to Palisade, which she explained. The service manager that I dealt with in explaining/demonstrating all the features of the Murano was also excellent to talk with. He was very patient and went through the features of the vehicle that I could understand.
Very friendly staff, clean indoor areas. Random was our sales associate and could not have been better. We were a little disappointed about vehicle availability. We were told some vehicles were available, but were not. Overall, we ended up in a vehicle we were very happy with at an affordable price. Would not only recommend, but will most likely be back for our next vehicles.

Customer service in the service is out of this world. Was kept informed the entire time and was even called to bring my vehicle in earlier than planned.
The vehicle we purchased was just as it was advertised. Quick turnaround and issue free purchase.
The services provided
The persons in the Buick service department were polite, determined that apart needed to be repair which they would have to order. They called back to tell me the part had arrived. I took my car back and cat the end of the day to tell me the car was ready for pick up. To my delight they told me that since the repairs were under Kyle warranty I purchased when I bought my car there were no fees or charges owed.

This is my second car purchase. Each time my desires were heard. Just the right car was ready and waiting for me to look over when I arrived. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. And the process did not take forever once I made a decision. I feel that my time and desires were respected and that the value and service that I received were outstanding.
I always bring my car back for service and I am treated well each time. My only negative thought is that it sometimes takes a while to get in for a service appointment so it is hard to plan for those with my busy work schedule.
