The sales person John Michael Black was so easy to work with. He made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The finance person Lindsay Anderson was super nice as well….even got us an extra .25% power on the loan.
Overall the experience was great.

I like the reminder text/email messages reminding me that I have an upcoming appointment. Even though I have an old Buick I still get the service as if it were a newer car.
When I have an appointment there is no excuses or delays about getting to me on time. That is really professional.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They take the time to ensure you are comfortable with your purchase and happy with the overall experience. They never made me feel pressured into committing to a purchase and if they didn’t know the answer to any of my questions, they told me so and would make an effort to find out the correct answer.
