I was not impressed with the detail/prep crew’s work on my new truck. The exterior looked like it had been a rush job with smears in several places and even an obvious paint chip on the driver door. This should have been repaired prior to our arrival.

We have always been very pleased with the service department at Don Franklin. This is one of the main reasons why we have decided to purchase our next vehicle there. We had a particular color in mind so we’re placing the order for our new Yukon. That order has not been finalized yet but have been told it should be completed later this week. Our satisfaction with the entire purchase process will depend on the final sale price. Anything above MSRP will be very disappointing. Inflation and supply issues are calming so dealerships should do right by their customers. I’ll be happy to send in a glowing follow up response to this survey if we’re treated fairly. So far, it’s been a good experience. Thanks

Service is professional and efficient
My husband actually dealt with your service but we were very satisfied as a whole. Good service and performed in a timely manner. The only issue is an annoying squeak under car while backing out. No problem found and no explanation. It’s was brand new car when purchased. We can live with squeak as long there is no issue as a result.
