James went above and beyond on my first service appointment for my new truck. He took care of a minor issue that arouse related to my new truck that was covered by warranty. This typically is not a fast process. He made it fast and showed he truly cared about my experience in the service department.

Finally can make an appointment and get in promptly rather than having to wait 2 or 3 weeks as was practice in recent past. This was not reasonable when you had a serious repair issue. In the last year I had to take vehicle to Rod Hatfield twice for repairs when unable to get in to use your service.
