Every time I come to Don Franklin for my oil change, the workers are nice and informative about what's being done. They never force any other services on you that your vehicle is not in need of during that visit, but let you know the next time you bring your vehicle in, it will be time for, whatever service that needs to be done.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love my GMC pickup truck; Lisa is an excellent parts person; service advisor's come and go to much. I hope James Sweet stays more than a little while, would be nice to be on a first name bases with the same service advisor. Don Franklin has always taken good care of my truck, that means a lot to me.
