The service was satisfactory . However the facility is way to small and the time it takes before you can get service is way to long . The sales aspect of this location was good . my sales person was up to date on the product .The product is a very good one and does what it was supposed to do .
The waiting area while getting service is way outdated . overall my view of Don Franklin Lexington is good ,
