Casey, Service Writer was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable will always ask for her. The workers complete the warranty and additional work.
Also, while I was there I purchased a vehicle.

The service was satisfactory . However the facility is way to small and the time it takes before you can get service is way to long . The sales aspect of this location was good . my sales person was up to date on the product .The product is a very good one and does what it was supposed to do .
The waiting area while getting service is way outdated . overall my view of Don Franklin Lexington is good ,

The salesman Jeff York was helpful. Kanon was also helpful and so was Thad. I felt no pressure. They made the buying experience easy. Finance needs more help as that was a long wait even though I have a great credit score.
