My salesman was very nice, knowledgeable both times I have bought cars. He is always available to talk with me and answer questions when I have them. The service dept has been quick the last two times I have had my car in for it's scheduled maintenance.

Don Franklin GMC had the vehicle I was interested in ready to go on the lot. They made the closing process as easy as it could be and I was in my new vehicle within hours. Very helpful during a busy time of year before the holidays. Excellent communication within all facets of the organization to create an enjoyable experience for the customer.
