Have always been a Ford customer and dealing with Adam Capps makes it basically stress free. My family has purchased 4 new vehicles from Adam and 9 total from Don Franklin since 1994.

I like that I'm getting Ford products that my F150 was designed for and the service is fast and friendly, I'll be doing my service with Don Franklin.

I have been for an oil change and overall checkup on the vehicle and had to have an O2 sensor replaced. The Don Franklin team was courteous(all of them) and they had my vehicle done in a timely manner.
