I like the sales people as well as the administrative staff. Based on my previous experience I am sure the service staff will also preform very well. I do have an issue with the vehicle I purchased. I have the Ford Lightning Flash with the extended battery. The vehicle does not provided the mileage per charge as advertised. The estimated mileage is listed as 320. However, I am getting approximately 260 miles per charge. I do not normally have jack rabbit starts, speed, or stop at the last minute. In previous vehicles I usually equal or exceed the EPA estimated MPG. I don't know if the big battery in this vehicle could or has developed a memory. I currently have 742 miles on the vehicle.

Larry is so helpful! I had called prior to contacting him and I was told to call Nissan because ford was booked until after Christmas. I contacted Nissan and they told me they were full also and didn’t know what to tell me! I called back to Ford and spoke with Larry and he picked up my auto that day for a service!… thanks Larry!… he’s the best!
