Jose at the Eagan store was so helpful. I came to your store because you had a bike in stock that I could take for ride. Jose adjusted the seat and I went for a ride. I wasn't sure about spending so much money and after some discussion with him, he said we could have it held for 20% down. After we researched online, I decided I wanted to try a different bike. He was very knowledgeable about all the details of each bike. I did try that bike the next day and I still wasn't sure. He said they could have a different size put together for me to try. We came back and worked with him again. He was so helpful and patient with all our questions. Not a heavy push salesman, just wanted to make us happy. Give him a raise!

Although overwhelmed with COVID 19 and being super busy, you guys said that you are doing your best but not providing the level of customer service that you normally do. You were honest and transparent. That meant a lot. Also, great bike and expected price.

Salesman, Jose, was extremely knowledgable and problem solved every aspect of my purchase, right down to picking up the bike from another location on his way into work. He had my bike built ready for my first ride on Mothers Day! Give that young man high praise!

I liked that when my bike was ready, I gave you my credit card number over the phone, so all I had to do was come get it . . . didn't have to wait in line.

All I needed was a new tube (valve busted). I liked that it could have been done "on the spot", but I chose to come back the next day (because of my schedule).
