The gentleman (I think his name was Tim) that helped us could not have been more helpful and friendly. He made the whole experience pleasant for us and our kids. He went out of his way to try and fulfill some of my daughter’s odd requests for the color of the bike and accessories.

Sean was great to work with. He was patient and listened to what I wanted in a bike. He also never pressured me to get something just because it was available and could have easily made the sale by pressure. He was more than willing to answer my questions, and take the time to explain the differences in styles and parts. I will be happy to work with him again in the future. Max was also very helpful in locating the bike I wanted and took the time to make phone calls to get it transferred into the store.
