This was my first time at FreeWheel. I live close to the Bloomington Store and Tim took a great deal of time to find the reducer I needed for my Kuat bicycle rack. When he found one at the Richfield store he called to make sure it was still in stock even though the inventory on the internet said that location had only one. The part was waiting for me when I got there a short time later. The Richfield store was very busy but the person who helped me was willing to come out to my vehicle and make sure it was the correct adapter for my trailer hitch and the rack. I will definitely recommend FW to my friends.

I bought an Orbea bike and was set up for a perfect fit with just enough information about the bike to get me started. If you are offering classes re bike info, repair and maintenance this Fall as I was told maybe an option, please let me know. I'll also keep an eye on your website. Thank you
